My furnace needed the faulty gas valve replaced. It costs $120 online. I thought I was getting good service from the way they took my call. The first day, two weeks ago, three people called and said someone would be there that day or the next, to assess the situation. Nothing happened, and follow up calls from me went to voicemail. Then a week later a very nice sounding lady said, Thursday the serviceman would be there at 11, if he could squeeze it in between calls. And if he could not, He had a firm appointment for 11 a.m. the next day, Friday. No show on either day! So if I could give zero stars I would, but since that is not possible, I reluctantly give them one....read full review

Montie Wayne Sheet Metal is a legit, can-do metal fabrication and installation company with unsurpassed technical acumen, and what I liked best was their ability to conceptualize and execute. I needed only to have an electrician install a GFI outlet, and they did the rest. My metal fabrication project was not easy -- the electrician ended up needing the help of Montie Wayne to electrify the fans, but happily, they were able to troubleshoot everything. Now, with typhoon season, I don't make myself worry about flooding under my house, or when in Autumn heat rapidly accumulates from the recirculating hot water system. Now we just have the pump running and the fans ducting, that Montie Wayne installed. Heating water, the requisite importing of it to Southern California, and not to mention swarming termites represent our significant maintenance expenses. my family feels confidence Montie Wayne helped reduce our environmental impact. I have gained awaress of the dramatically rising global temperatures. Montie Wayne has eliminated our issue in the Spring of steam buildup under the house, adding more functionality to our home. I couldn't have been happier with the professional approach the Montie Wayne team took.

An employee in a Montie Wayne truck was driving like a maniac in a residential neighborhood. Probably hitting 50mph and passing cars where children play. Extremely dangerous. Fire him maybe?
