Pro Desk at The Home Depot

I want to order delivery of 1,000 square feet of beautiful Spanish porcelain floor tile that Home Depot carries. Trouble is, no one is picking up the phone today 9/3/2022 at the Goleta Home Depot. I've been on hold for more than 16 minutes. Three times someone picked up, and each time when they heard what I needed they just tossed me back into the phone queue. I've asked to be transferred to the Pro Desk...but that hasn't helped. Home Depot could do SO MUCH MORE BUSINESS if they invested in customer service.

Be very careful working with Home depot home services department. They are not covered by the same rules that all other contractors are that the contractor can only take 10% before the job,and they either lie or forget to give you correct information on the job. They took full payment for a garage cabinet installation job in august that they told me would be done no later than November and then they moved the date to either January or February. When I tried to cancel because I wanted the job done by November they told me that they would charge me 30% cancellation fee. there is no mention of 30% in the contract.
