Jamie personalizes your workouts to you. She understands the muscular system and how it functions very well and uses that knowledge to help work out multiple places at once. She's funny and charismatic and I can see myself working with her for years to come.

Professional and fun atmosphere meeting individual needs and still pushing you to be your best. She is an excellent trainer and all around awesome person! I now have a core and kick a** muscles that I am proud of but overall I now have the strength that I need to be healthy.
