Dr. Vivian is extremely thorough and takes a thoughtful approach to treatment. While her services are not inexpensive, she does not recommend unnecessary procedures or tests.
We previously consulted with other internal medicine specialists who recommended surgery for enlarged lymph nodes. Fortunately, Dr. Vivian was recommended to us, and she advised monitoring the situation rather than rushing into surgery. The lymph nodes eventually resolved on their own, allowing us to avoid an unnecessary procedure.
Alex and the rest of the staff are wonderful as well—professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended.
Dr. Yau is the most knowledgable, most compassionate internist we've ever met. The only reason we're no longer there is because we moved cross-country a few months ago, and I wish we could've brought her and her whole office with us.
Having come from MASH dissatisfied with their internal medicine department as well as the overall temperament of their staff, going to a smaller office with unhurried, friendly staff was a very welcome and needed change of pace. Very caring & compasionate employees. After much calling different vets, this place was the most affordable place to lovingly euthanize your pet. Call them & get a quote. Their svcs r offer after 6 pm. , but it's so worth it. Very clean environment. Highly recommend.
