The first time I went here my nails lasted for weeks and I wish I knew the lady who did them she did them perfectly and took her time and my gel x stayed on for so long. The last TWO times I went 3 of my nails fell off within days and this last time being 3 days after I got my nails done. Ended up taking them all off because of how many just didn't last. They can't blame my nails not holding the gel because like I said the first time I went they lasted for weeks. If only I knew the name of the wonderful lady who did them the first time. I'd request her every time. Please do better at making sure $70-$85 nails actually last as long because next time this happens I will be coming in for a full refund. I thought I found a place that actually gave me long lasting nails but the last 2 times have completely disappointed me.
I've been here a handful of times since they've opened. Lately it's been once a month since about the beginning of the year, and service is always good. Today though, was great! Michelle not only gave me s nice pedicure, her message with the scrub and lotion was phenomenal! You can tell she really wants the client to feel relaxed! What stood out to me most is that when I arrived she greeted me by my name. Every time she asked me a question, she addressed me by my name. That meant a lot to me! I have never felt as welcomed or have received this type customer service at other salons. Usually salons want to get you in an out. On my next visit I will definitely ask for her, thank you Michelle!
This is THE spot for nails. Often I've tried other places multiple times to find the "right person" at a salon and it just never works out. But every single person here does a great job. I've been coming here for almost a year now and I always walk out getting exactly what I asked for. I always get Gel X and although it's a tad on the pricey side it's well worth it, my sets last me 3-4weeks typically and because they don't require shaping like acrylics they are always perfectly even and my designs are always on point !!
