My first experience with this company was a delightful medical associate who's name is Marge. She spent almost an hour on the phone jumping thru every hoop imaginable to help me. Thank you Marge. You made a hard situation tolerable.
First off, Teresa the Patient Support gal is Class! This lady goes above and beyond. Makes everything so much better. Referrals to specialist go thru pretty quick. No complaints there. Dr wait times for myself pretty fast. Most employees very nice. Clean office very clean restroom. Easy parking.
Just trying to get my vaccines, post transplant, so much Dr turnover, now I can't get my vaccines w/o a Dr visit? I haven't been ignoring my primary, I've been seeing specialists for 4 years! They are the ones who wanted me to get my vaccines! Just seriously look at my records!
