My mother had cataract surgery and ran out of eye drops post surgery. I called several times, left messages, and walked into the office to request a refill and all my efforts were not met. I finally received a call from Dr Kislinger who apologized, but referred me to Dr Shelton since he is not my mother's doctor he did not feel comfortable assisting me with a refill. My mother was not able to complete her medication due to their negligence. I am now sitting in the waiting room for a follow up and it is clear from the number of patients they are over booking the appointments. We have been going to Foothill Eye medical for years. We were very happy with them .but the last couple of years It became not good in customer services and They change eyes doctor all the time. My husband and I left this foothill eye center . We move to Huntington eye group. The best thing we did. The service at Huntington eye office is outstanding. And the best thing we found our old eye Dr There. She left Foothill eye center. 7 year ago.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The building is old smelly carpet is dirty. The staff is very unprofessional and useless. You tried calling there. They will answer the phone even though they're sitting there playing with their phones. How do I know this? I was there watched him in my previous five visits . finally got fed up and said the heck with this place. found another provider ASAP. This place sucks.
