Brought in IPhone 14 Pro Max to get screen replaced and after 3 days the screen stopped working. When I came back they did not want to fix it and gave all I’ll kinds of excuses including that it has “pressure damage” which is another way of saying that you abused your screen and they aren’t responsible. Terrible experience, reporting to BBB.
TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. For $100, had to come back twice for them to fix the installed screen which they eventually cracked and claimed they didn't just to ask for more $ to fix it. "Sean" in attached picture openly said most customers come back and pay again, so their scam is to use low-quality ($5-$10) screens for you to come back and pay for repairs again since they don't apparently warrant their work or parts.
The scammer started to hide behind the phone once we said we'll post this as a warning review.
Sean was such a nice and helpful guy. He really knows what he is doing. I was very satisfied with his service and knowledge of cellular devices. He did a quick and perfect job at a reasonable price.
