I was very pleased and impressed with Vaz and his worker. They dealt with a water leak problem in my bedroom by replacing the moisture barrier and putting in a french drain. His experience in what he was doing was evident. He also advised me on related issues, making it easy for me to plan for next steps in the future. One last thing: on the day they arrived to begin work, a huge tree had fallen on my driveway from the wind storm. When he offered to remove it, I felt that his helpful attitude would be easy to work with, and it was.
Vazrik and his team from Vana Builders just completed a total remodel of our bathroom and they did an amazing job. We have an older home and have dealt with many contractors over the years, but this is the first time the process from beginning to end met all of our expectations. When I first contacted Vazrik for an estimate he responded quickly, asked to schedule a walk through and gave a detailed estimate that beat all other quotes that I received. They arrived on time, provided recommendations on ways to save when purchasing materials and even worked on Saturdays. I had a hole in the wall from a water leak that had to be fixed. Based on positive Yelp reviews, I messaged Vana Builders. Vazrik responded very quickly, asked for pictures, and gave me an estimate all within a day. We were able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe and Vazrik showed up on time. He performed high quality, efficient work for his quoted reasonable price. I'll absolutely call him in the future for any drywall repairs or other projects.
