This place is amazing. I came on a busy Saturday night with an anaphylactic reaction. They immediately triaged me and brought me to the back. My triage nurse Nico was absolutely incredible. She was so warm, calming, and nurturing. They put me in a monitoring area near the nurse’s station which made me feel safe. They started monitoring/treatments right away and my provider Jonah quickly checked in with me. He was also so nice and attentive. He explained things well and involved me in treatment decisions which I really valued. Him and Nico checked in frequently despite how clearly busy they were. Came here on Friday for an eye infection. I am probably got lucky that it wasn’t too busy. I got seen in about 45 mins and due to my severity I got immediately prioritized to be seen.
The care at this hospital is amazing.
I had a positive experience coming here. Was feeling very sick and wasn’t sure why so I came in to be assessed. I didn’t need to wait too long to be seen but it did take a long time to get my results and get a medic to discuss my results. But overall, I’ve had worst experiences. I’d come back.
