Alvart is the best stylist I’ve seen in Los Angeles. She gave me a great consultation and listened to all my needs. She was so accommodating and kind! I walked in to the hair salon for a quotation after doing some shopping at JCPENNEY. I was greeted by lvart Mangasar and she was very patient and professional. I was impressed by her knowledge and training. I was hesitant at first because I have had bad experiences in the past with hairstylists damaging my hair. made an appointment with her and it was the best decision I ever made. She is by far the best hairstylist I have ever had. :-). The salon uses great products and she takes her time. Alvart is trained in Olaplex products, and she did an amazing scalp treatment for extra.
