Tina was absolutely incredible! This was my first time getting my hair and makeup done with her, and I couldn't be happier. Meeting Tina Balyan has definitely been one of the best things that has happened to me since moving to the United States. She is the makeup artist and hairstylist who I can trust to create the best look for any event or occasion.
