Marcella is superb‼️The way in which hairdressers are shuffled around like playing cards, not so much‼️Very hard for a client to know where and when to show up with such confusion ‼️VERY POOR CUSTOMER NO SERVICE, brought on by management ‼️

Aidee has been cutting my hair for close to 5 years now. She knows the lenght of hair Iike, the shape of the cut and the special idiosyncracies of my hair. Those of key characteristics of a great stylist!
Went in with some breakage due to bleaching and for a fix up due to cutting my own hair (and not doing a very good job, it was uneven in spots). Now my hair is looking much better and the hairdresser recommended some conditioner that would help with the breakage. Over all, got what I went in for. Would return again based on my experience.
