As someone who's gone to numerous physical therapy practices for the last 15 years, I can honestly rank Sports Rehab in my top 3 if not the best place I've been. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, easy going and helpful. I have not only lessened my long acting pain but have regained mobility as they do both repair and exercise to help you completely recover and love your best life. Zaya is a lifesaver and has gone out of his way to help me and Leo has been excellent as well. while Karen at the front desk is very thoughtful and kind. Go here is want to work with great people and actually get better!

Came here for a last minute cupping session. Did not even have to make an appointment, I was treated with excellent service. Before the cupping was done, I was asked where I was having the exact pain and given tips on how to alleviate the stress. Even got a much needed free of charge massage before I was cupped up. Definitely making this a regular spot

This review is basically a love letter to SRLA, since I have not one bad thing to say other than I'm sad they don't have an OC location yet! Everyone on their team is amazing. Their staff is super friendly and welcoming, they have always fit me in for same day appointments ,and most importantly, they have treatments that work. I literally felt broken and hopeless with my back jury for the last year and a half but I'm back to 70% functioning. I'm driving longer distances, running events again, and functioning with minimal pain.
