I came to pick up my dress at 5pm because I was told they close at 6 and there was nobody here. I didn't get a call, nothing. I understand it's raining but I have an event tomorrow and I'm without my dress. This is extremely upsetting!! Please open tomorrow so I can come by in the morning at least. This is not fair.
The best cleaners in town she did a great job on the alteration with my husband's pants. Shes very nice and understanding I enjoy going in the store and I feel welcome every time I go.
The owner Silvi is an incredibly nice lady! Have the greatest prices around and is very caring. The ONLY time I don't take my stuff to her is when I come on a Sunday or Monday and forget that she is closed. So I unfortunately have to bring my items somewhere else. She is the greatest!! Worth every penny!
