If there was a rating for ZERO we would have selected it. This company was recommended to us by our insurance for the emergency services to remove water damaged floors walls and ceiling. We trusted them because we trusted our insurance we've used for over 40 years. They took advantage of us by overcharging our insurance company. By the time we received the bill from them we learned we were short in our coverage to pay the contractors to do the repairs. They sat on the bill for weeks before submitting it to the insurance adjuster, who then stated it was way out of line in the charges. I signed a contract with them to get my money from insurance company for my home and personal property damages .Everything they told me for one year was false and after that no response to my callsAfter one year and many many calls to Gagik’s cell phone and no answer I called their office and after calling and calling and calling still couldn’t talk with Gagik. Our unit flooded and most of the first floor had to be replaced. We had a great experience. They were responsive, quick, staff all wore masks. Thank you for helping us out through a difficult time!
