Wow what a bad experience. I went to the salon because my friend recommended me too. Im mixed so my hair is a little different textured. But looking on social media I thought that this would be a pleasant experience. As sweet as the stylist was the owner of the salon Amy. I told her I did not want to cut my hair I still wanted it to be long.I think she just does not know how to do the texture of my hair because the reason they're saying that I have bald spots in my head is because I didn't come back within 5 to 6 weeks. But last week on the sixth week I noticed the bald spot. within 3 to 4 weeks some tracks fell out but I thought it was normal I didn't know it was taking hair . Then I started to examine my hair and see a bunch of bald spots. The only reason why I got the extensions is because she chopped and screwed my hair and it was so short that I did not want to leave without it being longer. So I got the extensions. Now they are blaming this all on me and not having proper treatment. They will not refund the 2200 that I have paid. I thought that I was paying this much to have a professional do this to my hair. But now I am traumatized ,devastated and really wish I would have never stepped foot in the salon. God don't like ugly, and this is ugly. Now I cannot go anywhere until my hair grows back. I cannot put my hair in a bun because there's a bald spot in the back the front and sides.I have barely any hair and this is crazy. Not to mention she fried the back of my head. My hair was so long prior to this. Now I believe the extensions were to harsh for my hair to begin with. Now they say that I signed a waiver so basically they hold no fault.Do not trust the salon, do not trust the owner, do not trust anyone at this place. Hope this help someone not come to a place like this.
