Robert was the only one of three companies that responded directly in Yelp to my request. The others asked me to call them, which I had done to begin with and got no answers--thus the message through Yelp. Robert even noted that he saw my missed call and was glad I messaged. So already a + on using technology to make my life easier.After all the recent rain, most roofers have been very busy, but he said he could have someone come out within 2 days to take a look at our leak situation. Most others were looking at weeks to a month.Daniel, his brother, showed up and assessed our roof. The work was pretty straightforward and a one-man job to seal up some cracked seams and seal up a newer roof addition, so he offered to come back in an hour and do the work personally since their teams were all on other jobs that day.All in all a very fast response, clear explanation of the problems, and quick work. Daniel and Will (another brother--this is a family operation) were both very friendly. I can't say if the price was good because we honestly didn't shop around, but even if we overpaid a bit, it was worth it to have it all taken care of that day, and we don't have to worry if there's another unexpected downpour.
