Dennis did a full home inspection report for us pre sale of our house. He’s been incredibly easy to work with - thorough, extremely communicate, professional, efficient and helpful through next steps. It’s clear he takes his job seriously and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!!

Dennis was first recommended to us by our real estate agent during the purchase of our first home last year. He was extremely thorough and provided a detailed, easy to read report with photos that assisted us with our 'to-do' list once we purchased the home and aided us in negotiations on the selling price. We have since reached out to him for another inspection of some cracks that have shown up in the home and he was able to come out within a day or so. He is very detailed orientated and provided us with a solution to our problems with recommendations ! Highly recommend Dennis if you're looking for a home inspector !

I have known Dennis for 20 years plus and have worked with him on numerous occasions. Dennis knows his business as a home inspector and has been doing it for many years. My view of Dennis is that he takes his work as an inspector very seriously so you will get the facts you need to know about the property you are about to purchase. Some inspectors are too serious in a way that alarms clients. That is not Dennis, so although he gives you the information you need to know, he does it in a light way that does not scare or alarm clients which makes him a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him for any inspection you need.
