I've had a pretty long relationship with Randstad especially with Mariel Cruz in the Glendale office. Over the years you realize sometimes that's it's a buyers market so the competition is pretty fierce. The one thing I can count on is that at some point I'll get a call from Mariel asking me what do you think about this? I don't always get the role but her dedication to me as a person and her candidate is unwavering. The Staffing business can be tough on both sides. It's tough for the candidates and for sure for the recruiters. I have worked for Randstad for five years and have had some great recruiters, but Mariel Cruz is by far the best. I've been kept busy working in the twilight of my career and couldn't be happier.

I have worked with Randstad for over a year...I've always love hearing how cheerful and upbeat Mariel is each time we are on the phone. Bring able to laugh with her creates a more personal relationship that eases the usual stress of job hunting. She is always accessible and prompt about responding to my questions/concerns. I definitely recommend Randstad :)
