ProHealth Urgent Care provides quick and efficient service in a clean and organized facility. The staff, including Dr. K and RN Chris, are extremely professional, helpful, and compassionate. They listen carefully to patients' concerns and provide effective solutions, making patients feel valued and cared for.
Quick and efficient service from Christopher Hernandez. He was sweet and gentle with the needle after I shared with him how terrified I was. He is definitely a value employee at this company. Also, the facility is clean and organized! I would return again for the service!
Dr K, RN Chris (who also assisted with a wheelchair) along with Daisy at the front desk were extremely professional and helpful in solving my medical issue this morning. Dr K. was a good listener and understood my issue very well. He was able to write the exact prescription that eases my Gout issue. It subsided within 4 hours, I want to Thank the staff there for being so kind and compassionate. 5⭐️ Thank You!
ProHealth has always provided me with great service. There is never a long wait and staff are nice and helpful. Today I was seen by Josh the PA who was attentive and thorough. He helped me understand what is causing my issue and he provided me with the best path forward. I appreciate his help and caring nature! I definitely recommend this place.
