“I had a very brief interaction with Stephanie this past week. At 2 pm on a Friday, I needed to submit a notarized form in order to complete a financial transaction with a deadline of 4 pm. If I didn't make that deadline, I would have to wait a week as the agent who needed the form was going on a 7 day vacation.
