Parking: street or in the back lot. Been going to this place for two years? Maybe 3, but for me to continue going here is a testament to the treatment and service I receive here. Okay I only go for partial face, but I've always disliked facial hair and this place has made it so easy to not worry about it. I stick to techs that I like and although Amanda is gone, Gia recommended Stacey and it's been awesome. My appointments are usually always on the dot and my treatments get me in and out. I'm skittish just because of the sudden stimulus and it doesn't really hurt, but it's nice to know that I can tell them to turn it down when needed (I don't). I had a great experience with New Look! Mary at the front desk checked me in and explained more about what they had to offer. She was super friendly and answered all my questions! She also helped me schedule my next appointment!

Looking for a go-to Spa place? THIS IS IT!!! I feel so fresh after a Diamond Facial Glow treatment! and I am literally glowing. The process was easygoing. There was a consultation for what type of treatment my skin needs. It reduces wrinkles, fine lines, stimulates collagen growth, and exfoliated my skin. And it was a calm, peaceful environment. Shout out to the front desk, Gia, as she is highly knowledgeable, and recommended this service! Great customer service, very clean, organized, peaceful, and attentive to their customers. Amazing place! I'll definitely be back soon.
