I went to Notary Public & Livescan/Fingerprint by Vazgen Davtyan and had the best experience. I did both my Notary and Livescan at the same time. It was a very easy and quick process. Especially since I have never done it before and went alone. I loved how easy it was to make an appointment, Mr Davtyan is very patient and always picks up calls ready to help assist.
