I have been with them since 2009 & they are incredibly good, accommodating, reasonable and fast - unless, maybe if you opt for a line of designer specs.
The doctor was good, but unfortunately the front desk experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. When I asked questions, they answered in a way that made me feel like I should not ask anything extra.
I was also told that I had to choose Medi-Cal-covered glasses immediately because they could not “close the case” unless I picked frames right away. I asked if I could come back later and decide, but they did not allow me to do that. As far as I know, there is no official rule anywhere that says a patient must choose frames immediately on the same day.
