Maria is a phenomenal agent! Our family never had any experience buying a house but Maria helped us immensely by updating us on every step as well as taking us to many open houses. She even helped us with the process of moving out of our old house by helping us find professional cleaners/movers which was a big help. At the end, we ended up with a house that we were extremely happy with! She made our first home-buying experience amazing!!! Terrible service here calling to look for a rental. I called and took a day for someone to call me back. The agent Michael Derian did not even introduce himself as Keller Williams and was rude when I was unsure who he was. I had called also several Zillow listings and was trying to figure out if he was one of them. He finally said to me when you figure out which property your calling then call me back. All he had to do was say he was with Keller Williams because I actually just called them to see what properties they could recommend and help me with. Ends up I am not even going to rent and I am buying now so he lost out on a good sale. These agencies always like to take... read full review
