Sam helped me get my laptop up and running in record time same day service much faster than any Genius Bar or Apple Store I needed a new battery which usually AppleCare would take 2 weeks. Not only was it cheaper but he replaced my worn out keyboard keys for me for no extra cost at all and my laptop came back cleaner and newer than I could have asked for. Definitely worth a visit if your MacBook needs repair.
I have a 2014 Macbook Pro and ever since my senior year of high school (I’m 24 now), my laptop has been on its last leg. It needed to stay plugged in or else it would die within the hour. It was always working overtime and it sounded like an airplane.
Sam was able to replace the battery and maximize my storage from 128 GB to 256 GB. I haven’t had to charge it in a few days and it feels like I have a new computer. For such a good price too, I highly recommend!!
