I wasn’t sure what to expect with Forma, but I’m honestly so happy I gave it a try. I came to this medspa in Melrose after hearing great things, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel at ease.

The treatment itself felt like a warm, gentle massage, not painful at all. Right after, my skin looked smoother and more refreshed, and over the next few days, I noticed a real difference in how firm my jawline looked. It’s subtle but definitely noticeable in the best way.

I discovered this amazing place on a walk with my dog. I'm hooked and will never go anywhere else. I get my hair done here monthly and recently finished a full package of forma, the results are incredible. Their Biologique facials are one of a kind, every time I feel refreshed and my skin looks amazing. My Biologique specialist Oksana is amazing and has a perfect touch. I love this medspa, it helps me look 24, when in reality I'm actually 36. One stop beauty place that you can get all your beauty needs done and the people are so welcoming and knowledgeable.

Suzie is my hair guru! I’ve been coming to her salon for years now and not only is her salon a vibe but she never disappoints! The high quality of color, shampoo and conditioner brands used have really changed the texture and health of my hair. She is a true master at her craft and I highly recommend her salon to everyone!
