Alvart is the best at JC penny salon! My mom and I always go to her for all types of treatments and for special occasions for styling. She does color corrections so beautifully, I highly recommend her!
I just recently went to get my hair dyed with Alvart and I’m so happy with the way it turned out! She was super helpful with pricing and I knew I could trust her with giving me what I wanted. Also super kind and caring!
I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. Prices are reasonable and all hair stylist are very experienced. I usually just get a haircut but I did get my fist perm here in 2019 and it came out great.
