Went in today to get lenses for my frames…talked to Victoria.Very nice young lady and caring and sweet.She did not try to sell me anything extra.If anything she said if you don’t use your glasses outside you don’t need transitions.To me that speaks volumes.I was quoted much lower then another place I went the day before on Melrose.Thanks Veronica your ok in my book.You now have a customer for life.

A rarity in service, efficiency, courtesy, quality, and price. George -- the longtime owner and and repairman extraordinaire -- is the wizard behind the curtain, and does amazing work. I had two broken frames that i waited until the last minute before a trip to get repaired. Veronica, the friendly face at the front desk, managed to get them fixed and back to me in time. She went the extra mile finding the manufacturer and persuading them to replace one frame on warranty. Altogether a very happy experience, and a pleasure to highly recommended Glenview Optical in Glendale to everyone.

George and Veronica, what a pair, and that's not the name of my glasses, mind you I don't even know where to begin, because this place is so amazing that I'm beyond floored!!!I was a mess, and I had a flight to catch in two days. My frames were crooked, my prescription was incorrect, I would soon learn from George, and I was suffering from migraines because of it. Mind you, I did not purchase my frames, or get this prescription from Glenview. Matter of fact, I was just walking in for the first time, as I knew I needed help.
