I asked for an appliance repair recommendation on Next Door and George from G and R Appliance LLC quickly responded. The appointment was made & George arrived within a few days and on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote within 15 minutes. George ordered the part and his office scheduled an appointment for the repair to occur in two days. Again, George was on time, replaced the broken part, cleaned up after himself and the bill was the exact amount as the quote. He and his office staff were very professional and I will definitely use & recommend G and R Appliance LLC repair again.
George was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I want to stress that the appliance repair space is flooded with untrained, unprofessional, and quite frankly incompetent technicians. George is old school. He has put in his hours and learned his craft. I threw my two major appliance issues at him and he was done in less than an hour. Honest, affable, and just a great guy. A++++++
Great from start finish!
While one of G& R's technicians was working on our stove, he heard the very loud, thundering noise our washer was making in its spin cycle. He recommended replacing with a Speed Queen model. He was very informative and helpful.
After looking into it, we decided to replace with a Speed Queen. I called G&R, Dana was very efficient and helpful.
We purchased the washer, and 4 days later George delivered it!
He was on time, efficient, very informative as he reviewed the functions of the washer. Couldn't have been better!
