the girls here are very friendly and the laser service was good but they have horrible customer service. not sure if they are just busy or understaffed but i've called multiple times at different hours throughout the day to schedule and appt and no one is ever answering the phones. i've left messages and no one calls me back. i paid good money for my laser package and just want to get done with it so i can find a new place

Very reasonable prices and fast care. Only once did I have to wait about 3 min to be in a room other than that I was immediately taken care of. The Dr is very nice and so is the front desk young ladies

I came here today for an annual check up with Dr. Lee. The appointment went great. Dr. Lee is a fantastic dermatologist and knows a lot of information. He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with him! The only issue that I had was that I waited for about an hour in the waiting room to be seen. I know things can get backed up, but I made an appointment for 9:15, got there at 9:05, and didn't get seen till after 10am. Not sure if this has anything to do with Covid-19 and having to clean/disinfect the rooms more rigorously. But overall, I would recommend this place! Also, they do offer parking validation for parking at the hospital, but bring a 1 dollar...read full review
