Thank you for helping me when I needed the most, I went from measuring 45 inches to 39 inches on my waist. I was weighing 185 Lbs and went down to 175 Lbs. I only got the red light therapy but it changed my life, I feel more motivated and I also want to say thank you to the beautiful soul that sits in the front desk. She was very good at encouraging me when I needed motivation. I continue to work on myself, thank you Dr. V and Lina.

I had an amazing weight loss journey with Lida, who is my coach at the Glendale location. She was not only supportive, but kind, cheerful and very encouraging. I never felt judged by her. She provided the right amount of guidance and direction. Dr. Vaziri was very informative and took the time to answer any questions I had, even outside of the first session with him. Office is clean, organized and appointments are on time with no waiting period. I'm a happy girl who lost almost 30lbs and reached her goal, just as they promised. As long as you follow what your coach tells you, the fat comes right off and from the right places!

This program is amazing. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, trying all kinds of diets. This by far has been the one that's been easy to follow, fulfilling & I've seen great results. I started the program in May 2023 & am currently down 48 lbs in Sep 2023 (& still going) with the guidance of Lida. The Glendale office is new and beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend anyone that wants to learn how to nourish their body and lose weight try this!
