Mike & Sam are hands down my favorite inspectors. Incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable & helpful people who do a great job every time. They have done about 20 inspections for my clients. Never an issue. Their inspection reports are of the highest quality. After 10 years in the industry I can’t imagine working with anyone else. I recommend them to all my buyers & other agents.

While we've always taken good care of our home, as we were getting ready to list it we hired owner, Mike Owdeh to do a pre-inspection. While we didn't anticipate any major issues, we wanted to prevent any surprises from happening during the sale process. We chose Mike Owdeh because of his reputation for being thorough and for his years of experience. After his detailed inspection, Mike provided us with a comprehensive in-person presentation of his findings and patiently answered all of our questions. He then followed up with a detailed, well written report in which he clearly outlined everything for us. Because of the ease of our communications, we were able to promptly address all the recommended repairs in a timely manner.
