Best contractors in LA. I ended up doing a full remodel and taking a 350 square foot one bedroom shack to a three bedroom 1200 square foot house. They took care of everything from plans, permits and inspections to foundation, landscaping and roof. They walked me through the entire process, kept me informed, and kept moving until the project was done... absolutely no downtime, always someone working on something (including most weekends). It was a great experience and I ended up with a $600,000 house for a fraction of the price! I bought a fixer with a double car garage and wanted to convert it into an ADU but wasn't quite sure how to go about it. I contacted CTR and they took my project from an idea to completion! They did the drawings, engineering, Title 24, the build out and even helped me decorate the new guest house and pick out finish products. I would highly recommend CTR. Irma's was great to work with
