I don't know why the other reviews had bad experiences, but I loved all of mine!This place is so calm and chill and the workers are very kind. So far I've came here about 5 times and ever time l've had such a pleasurable experience.Alex does an amazing job! I've just recently gotten my nails done by him and it is so good! Thank you cool nails!

Normally they're great-however when I said I needed a gel manicure the woman started it. Usually one of the guys does it and he does it fine with tips if needed to and everything. However, when she was halfway done removing the old gel on my nails and said to cut them all short. I said no, usually they put the extensions on. She said she didn't do that and told me to wait- never mind that I still had the acetone tinfoil wrap on my fingers still. She was up selling me on the dipping powder which I didn't want anyway. Usually they're great but this is really off.

My favorite spot! I've been coming here for years now and it is always a positive experience. Everyone one is so nice and welcoming. They do Gel-X, dipping powder, acrylic, gel, etc. I'm very loyal to this place and all of their staff does an excellent job!
