Came in on a Saturday afternoon for an adjustment and the opticians were kind enough to help me fix my frame. The front desk staff was nice too and answered my questions about my insurance. Overall, friendly environment and knowledgeable staff. Will be returning to book my first appointment.
Wow, what a great selection of frames.... Professional staff all we're polite and knew their job.. Dr D'Janbatian took his time answering all my concerns with my vision and took my VSP insurance plan.. Thanks again for the professional service...
Dr. Sarajian was great. But their communication is lacking and services are expensive. I've been trying to call them all day for a status on my order and no one's picked up. I would recommend maybe going there for the eye exam and taking your prescription elsewhere.
