I always have a great experience here! The staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is excellent. I’ve always been satisfied with my nails.? And David is an incredible nail tech!
Cleanliness: Impeccably clean!
Stylist: I love David! He’s so sweet and good at his job.
Went in around 10:05a on a Sunday. They told me to wait a moment and I would get sat in a pedicure chair. I waiting about 3 mins they sat me in a chair.... The water was nice and hot until I waited for about 40 mins to get the pedi started. I asked them to drain and re-refill the water because at that point it was very cold. As I am waiting for my pedicure to start an older man comes to start on my nails. I show him a picture of a pretty simply nail design...he immediately says he can't do it. I asked if maybe he could figure it out or ask around to figure out how to do it. He agrees however I am literally having to talk him through the process. He did a wonderful job cleaning my nails... but when it got to the painting part it wasn't very good. I had to keep asking him to paint my full nail as he was missing spots. Then he finished and my nails were nothing like the picture I showed. I accepted bc they turned out ok. However he left so much nail polish on my hands and around my fingers. Pictures included. Pedicure was wonderful when it started, massage, wax, scrub etc. Manicure:$75 not worth the work he did Pedicure:$60- worth it. Pedicure:$60
From the first day I came in I've loved it here. I've always been greeted with great enthusiasm and attention, even if they've been busy they always manage to seat me right away and they start working on me right away. I just want to start this with I've always been a nail biter, and I've always done acrylic but with time my nails have paid a price. I went into Bijou with great recommendations from my best friend and she told me that she loves the way they do hard gel. I've done gel in the past but my nails never grow, but I asked for Hard gel with high hopes. Annie was the first person who did my hard gel mani and omg my nails have flourished ever since. They're so healthy and strong, they've never chipped or broke. I've even bent them and they've never broke. I love the way they handle my nails with so much detail because the proof is in the way they've been so strong and long. I get so many compliments from people asking who does my acrylics and I feel so happy to tell them that they're my real nails. Recently I've been getting them done with John and he's amazing, he leaves my nails looking so beautiful. So if you're looking for hard working nail tech's that take pride in their work, please come here! Ask for Annie or John and I promise you'll be happy to have found your forever nail tech
