I was very impressed with this facility (AKA Azul Vision). This was my first visit. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. I was very pleased with Dr. Patel, as well as his assistants Gamer and Jose. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Patel spent time with me - I didn't feel rushed. All in all, I felt I was in capable hands. Samantha and Liz were lovely, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Abnous is great! The Tech is too. The girls at the desk let me stand there not acknowlwdging my presence until they were good and ready, when all I had to do was get the next appointment date & time. They could have simply said, " we'll be right with you." Common courtesy.

I have read some poor reviews about the office staff dating back from 2020-2022, but I assure all of those problems have been resolved as this facility. My wait time was 5 minutes. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr. Abnous who did my eye exam was very personable and clearly good at what she does. The woman who helped me select new frames was kind and friendly as well. There was no pressure from her. She patiently worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. Then she surprised me and took my old glasses and did an entire service on them...ultrasound cleaning, straightening, installed new nose rests...got them back in tip top shape to use while I wait on my new... read full review
