All staff was helpful and made sure to explain and make sure I understood what I was looking at when showing the pictures of the exam. The Dr then let me know what was gonna happen and how to proceed in the next steps for my continued care.
Great care all around. Everyone who works here is kind and personable. The atmosphere is lively in the best way where you feel the lovely personalities of the staff in their interactions with patients and each other. I was very impressed with this facility (AKA Azul Vision). This was my first visit. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. I was very pleased with Dr. Patel, as well as his assistants Gamer and Jose. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Patel spent time with me - I didn't feel rushed. All in all, I felt I was in capable hands. Samantha and Liz were lovely, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this facility.
