I'm new to this area and decided to walk into Arlet's salon. They are as amazing as the work they did on my hair. My color and highlights never looked so professional. She is a professional color specialist with amazing assistants who followed me around to make sure I feel great during my color process. I'm going to be a regular client from now on. Been coming here for 14+ years. Arlet is one of the most integral, aware, conscious, moral, ethical & loving human beings you’ll ever meet. All her products are top notch/top quality and her work is absolutely exquisite and done with care every time. Her staff are always so lovely and kind. Always very hospitable and wonderful to be around. I moved away across LA 12 years ago and I still to this day drive an hour+ just to get my haircut by her every month. Now I’m even further away as I’m in the South Bay. I still come to see her every single month. She is worth it.
I had an appointment today at 11:00 a.m. Hair Studio in Glendale, California. I walked in with my dad and Arlet offered us coffee and sweets. I had a chocolate cupcake and water as I waited. I did not have coffee because I had tea before I left my house. The wait was not long I sat for about ten minutes and Arlet asked me to have a seat at the hair salon chair. Arlet was professional and kind she told me she felt like God brought me to her so we can talk. Arlet asked me how I wanted my haircut, I said first I want my hair to look healthy and I would like layers. Arlet searched on Google on her cell phone how to do layers for long hair and we both picked one we liked and went with what we chose. Arlet is great at her job and did a nice job on my hair. She complimented on my hair and said I have good hair. I thanked Arlet and she asked me to take a picture of my hair which I was fine with. As I was finished with haircut my dad walked in the hair studio from the back and Arlet told him "you have a sweet daughter." As I was finishing up my dad sat down to wait for me and he had coffee. Then when I stood up to walk to the counter I asked Arlet if she knew a good shampoo that has no sulfate she showed me the shampoo at her hair salon and we decided to purchase it. I thanked her as I was walking out because my dad is the type of person who doe not like to wait with my dad I said it was nice meeting you. Thank you Arlet for doing a great job on my hair.
