I couldn't believe that I have not written a review for Alta Hair. I have been a regular since 2013 and have enjoyed a lot of pampering sessions in this salon. This is a mother daughter tandem salon. Silva, the mother , does the hair. I have noticed that she cuts and styles according to the growth of the hair. This way, the hair stays beautiful and manageable . Very easy and low maintenance. For working girls, I think that is one less trouble to deal with. Karmen, the daughter , does my face face and brows. She does threading without so much pain. Very light handed. Silva is consistently amazing with her ability. This time she gave my 11 year old highlights in green.My daughter is beaming! Plus I got a new haircut. PS I drove from Lake Tahoe to see Silva and will do it again in September.

I love this place. I will be a forever client. Sylva does amazing hair. She has an excellent sense of what looks good for me. Karmen does my eyebrows, low and behold..I do indeed have eyebrows!!!- my hair has never been healthier. I'm so happy with it. And I love my eyebrows . - thank you Sylva and Karmen..you gals rock!! PS- she does amazing blow dries, braids, and much more!!
