Wow, again this company saved our bacon. Our rentals garbage broke. Alpha 1 showed up SAME DAY and mid day. Fixed the issue to our total satisfaction!!!!! This outfit is AMAZING!We consider Alpha 1 Plumbing to be a particularly amazing company. They came by and cleaned up another's errors. It was same day service as the call. They arrived on time, were VERY professional and knowledgeable. We were walked through and shown all issues and suggested resolutions. They were very upfront about costs as the project continued, which were VERY fair. Mike came out after hours and took care of a clog that I was having trouble with. He was honest, upfront, knowledgeable, professional and communicative. He also answered some other plumbing questions. I will definitely consider him for service calls as well as upgrades and improvements. I Highly recommend these guys.
