I've been living with severe back pain for the past 17 years, and get frequent massages as a result. That being said, I got a FANTASTIC massage here. The lady really took care of me, occasionally checking in with me about the pressure. She massaged most of the muscles that she could reach, thoroughly, and almost worked out all of my tension and knots. (A real feat) Then, she pulled up a chair, and started working on my hands, then feet, making sure to give extra attention to spots in them she doesn't usually, but I told her really hurt. This place is very unprofessional. I called today to speak with the owner or manager about and incident last week. 1. I sent a client from a Home I work in to get a massage. He got the $40 dollar massage. He ended giving Connie a $30 dollar tip because when he tried tipping her $10, she said it wasn't enough and he had to tip more. He's very timid and has a disability so he was afraid and gave her the extra $30. 2. I called today to speak with the owner and the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't speak English and told me, "so sorry, can't help you." I will never send any clients to this place again.
