I’ve been using Western Exterminator since late 2023 and I’ve been very happy with their service and professionalism. My rep is Eduardo and he is very thoughtful, efficient, and detail oriented which I really appreciate. He always has good recommendations on how to better protect our house from pests and I appreciate it. A+ highly recommend.

We have just changed to using Western Exterminators as previous vendor was not effective. This is an early review that I will update later but we have been verry impresses with their work so far. Identified and corrected spots where rodents were getting into house and set twice the number of outside traps with some immediate success. Additionally Christian Muralles (our outside guy) immediately communicated to let me know what he had done and will do. Verry impressed so far. THANK YOU WE! Adrian is professional, courteous and reliable. He is knowledgeable in pest control, but if you ask him a question that he’s unable to answer, he’ll obtain the information and get back to you. Kudos to the company for hiring quality people like Adrian ?
