Tony and his team were always punctual. He and his wife Heidi would always respond to any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. After the installation we found that the old thermostats were incompatible and they came and promptly replaced with new ones charging us only for the cost of them. Will definitely be using them for routine maintenance also.

Once again, TFF HVAC has bailed me out. A plumbing company, who shall remain unnamed, forgot to reactivate the gas line to my heater. I did not know that it was the issue behind my heater not going on, and I while I suspected such, my first call was an SOS to someone I trust: Heidi of TFF HVAC. She showed empathy and assurance that Tony would take care of the problem in an expedient manner. Sure enough, and as usual, Heidi kept me informed with a status, worked around my schedule, and sent Erik out to put our system back in service. Tony was great. He let us know our options and his prices were better then the others we had estimates on. He finished the job in a timely manner and did exactly what was discussed. I highly recommend him.
