Every nail salon is a gamble so you need to find the right tech at each location. I've tried three other nail salons in Gilroy with high reviews and I was disappointed with all three, so reviews aren't everything.
Royal may not have the highest average rating but I my first experience was a positive one. I just needed a simple fill and I called as a last minute walk in because I was already pissed that the original shop I booked with had me wait 30 min past my appt time so I was over it and left. I was able to get in/out in no time and she did a great job on my fill as it was not too thick. I'll return to check for consistency and... read full review

This place is the 3rd nail salon I tried in Gilroy.
1) very polite and welcoming 2) lots of color and style options 3) clean and sanitary 4) very good keeping appointments. 5) very good nail technique.
This is going to be a permanent nail salon for me. Other places made ke feel rushed. Always cutting corners with foot massage etc. Asking for $$ before getting nails done ... I didn't appreciate that.
Royal Nail Spa is very good and I HIGHLY RECOMEND this spa.
