I requested for someone to come out for a quote on electrical work to hook up a generator to a pump for water, since we continually have power outages which include no water. When I booked the appointment, unfortunately someone had forgotten to tell me they had a charge for coming out and giving a quote. At the end of the appointment, my husband paid the fee. I was upset not because of the fee, but because it had not been disclosed at the time of my appointment. When I called the office, Mary was extremely patient and said she would look into what had happened and would have someone get back with me that day. In this day and age when so many people make excuses or don't follow through, I was not optimistic. I am happy to say that I received a call back quickly from Carrie and they offered to use the money towards the future work on our home or return the money and apologized for the miscommunication. Integrity is everything to me and this was handled with so much professionalism and respect. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation and my husband was so impressed by Thane and how he not only gave us one option, but took the extra time to go over many options available to us! Thank you to the entire team at Power Pros.
