The woman at the front desk / window is *extremely rude*. She's a salaried employee of planned parenthood but acts as if she's providing free service!Her attitude is particularly despicable considering she works in a clinic where patients are usually in a distraught condition. Instead of being polite and professional, she throws her weight around making patient experience really horrible.Looking at the automated replies to other negative reviews I'm 100% sure employees aren't disciplined.Advice: Don't use planned parenthood if possible! Just go to a private clinic.

I had an appointment for 2:00PM at the Gilroy center. I entered the front door at 2:03PM. I wore a mask like I was asked to. I had driven 40 miles from San Jose.The woman at the window that's directly facing the front door (~mid 30s, Hispanic heritage) asked me my name and immediately very rudely told me that they will probably reschedule me as I am late. I was surprised and politely told her that I had driven from North San Jose and was only 3 min late. She ignored me, made a phone call and without looking at me told me I have to make another appointment. There was no one else in the waiting area! They’re honestly just rude. I am grateful for the services they have provided but I cannot say the same for the front desk women. I have been going here for about a year and never had a good experience even simply booking an appointment over the phone. I don’t need you to talk to me like you’re in love with me but at least do the bare minimum. After my next visit I will no longer be coming to this location so for future reference for these ladies, fix your tone, your attitude, and mouths. We all don’t like working but we do it because we have to.
