I’m fairly certain the positive reviews are fake or they have negative reviews removed. I had a rodent infestation in my apartment for 2 years because of this company. My property management company hired them and they did not even do the bare minimum. There was a clear rodent entry point in a foundation vent on the outside of the building. Instead of spending 5-10 minutes looking for entry points, they emailed my property manager blaming me, the tenant, saying I must be leaving the door open to let the rats in. I sued my landlord and found out about this in court.

So far so good only the first day and they caught the two rats I saw in my garage! Ed and Ruben are both so nice and pleasant to work with. When I requested them to come back the same day to get the deceased pest they were very quick!! Very attentive and Marissa in the office as well is just as nice and helpfulService: Rodent extermination
